I am the manager and founder of LW Sport and have loved every second of leading the organisation, particularly in my role in sports coaching. 

With over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working in professional environments, including Chelsea Football Club. Holding a BSc in Sports Coaching, I am currently training to become a qualified teacher, which allows me to blend educational understanding with practical coaching expertise in youth football training. Throughout my coaching career, I have worked with children of various ages and abilities, helping them develop confidence, skills, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. 

Additionally, I hold FA coaching qualifications and regularly update my training to ensure my practices reflect the best standards in safeguarding, learning, and player development. I am passionate about team management and creating positive sporting environments while giving back to the community that shaped me.

I am a coach at LW Sport, specializing in sports coaching, and I am passionate about helping young players develop their football ability and boost their confidence.

 Although I am naturally a quieter individual, since joining LW Sport, I have truly come out of my shell, growing both as a coach and as a person. I am always looking to push myself — not only in my role in team management but also as a footballer — and I believe that constantly challenging myself helps me deliver better sessions in youth football training for the players I work with. 

I hold recognized coaching badges and utilize these qualifications when planning and delivering my sessions, ensuring they are structured, engaging, and focused on player development. I am an enthusiastic and committed coach who cares deeply about the progress of every child. 

My main goal is to create a positive environment where players feel supported, enjoy their football, and are driven to grow and succeed.

 Hi, my name is Callum and I am a goalkeeper for Wokingham Town Reserves, competing at Step 8 level, with experience also appearing for the club’s First Team at Step 5. Alongside my playing career, I am a passionate and dedicated football coach who enjoys helping young players develop their skills, confidence and love for the game.

I am currently studying a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Coaching at SCL & PULSE Academy, where I am developing my understanding of coaching, player development and sports leadership. I have also achieved both the FA Playmaker and FA PlayPhase Coaching Qualifications, giving me valuable knowledge in planning engaging sessions, creating positive learning environments and supporting players of all abilities.

My aim is to provide fun, professional and structured coaching that helps young footballers improve technically, tactically and mentally, while building confidence and enjoyment. I am committed to helping every player reach their potential in a safe, positive and encouraging environment.
